Planning & call: Local groups (associations, schools, initiatives) are invited to take part.
Preparation: Each group brings bread specialities from their culture as well as information material.
Place & time: The event takes place on a bridge over the Danube (e.g. in Ulm/Neu-Ulm) – usually in the morning.
Set-up & meeting: Around 30 groups set up tables, offer bread and engage in dialogue with visitors.
Supporting programme: Music, moderation and contributions such as a peace song accompany the breakfast.
